These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the vsls.net website operated by The Venerable Seattle Ludographic Society ("VSLS," "we," "us," or "our"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in Washington State. By using this website you agree to these terms.

1. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational and charitable purposes. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with our mission: advancing strategic play and civic generosity in the Seattle community. You agree not to:

• Use the site to transmit spam, malicious code, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its underlying systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the site without our written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with VSLS.

2. Donations

All donations to VSLS are voluntary contributions to a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By donating you acknowledge:

• No goods or services are provided in exchange for your donation unless explicitly stated in a written acknowledgment from VSLS.
• Bitcoin donations are accepted as gifts. The U.S. dollar value recorded is based on the exchange rate at the time the transaction is detected on-chain. VSLS is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
• Donations are non-refundable unless VSLS determines in its sole discretion that a refund is appropriate.
• Your donation may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. VSLS will provide a written acknowledgment for donations of $250 or more. Consult a tax advisor regarding deductibility.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the VSLS name and seal — is the property of VSLS and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our content and quote brief passages for commentary or educational purposes with attribution. Reproduction of our name, seal, or substantial content for other purposes requires our prior written consent.

4. Third-Party Links

This website contains links to third-party sites, including CCCTTJS.org and external resources. VSLS does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
